The Sylvania Athletic Hall of Fame will honor individuals who have made lasting and significant contributions to the Sylvania Schools Athletic Department programs.
Will consider the following:
- Must be of good character
- Distinguished him/herself through athletic achievement in playing, coaching, administration
or as a fan and supporter
- Athletes must have graduated at least 8 years prior to nomination (Burnham, Sylvania, Northview or Southview); or Coaching and administrative staffs must be retired;or be a dedicated fan/supporter of the Athletics Program
