Teacher, Principal and Professional Development Standards
Senate Bill 2 has changed standards for teachers and principals as well as standards for professional development. These standards can be used as a guide to improve, better prepare or focus on methods to effect high achievement for all students. They can also be used to help plan and evaluate effective professional development.

Comprehensive Continuous Improvement Plan (CCIP)
The CCIP is a web-based system that integrates district- and building-level planning, applications for funded programs and grants, payment processes and final expenditure reports. All grant applications are then tied directly to the single district plan.

Five Year Forecast Tool
The goal of this sight is for users to understand the fiscal health of a district. This tool is used by ODE to assess a district’s financial stability and determine if it needs to intervene to maintain the district’s future solvency.

Ohio Team Nutrition
This initiative by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service supports Ohio’s child nutrition programs through training and technical assistance. The site contains tool kits, sample policies, nutrition education curricula and guidance on creating a healthier school environment.

Safe School Center
This site is part of the Ohio Resource Network at the University of Cincinnati. The Center helps educators assess learning environment conditions to determine net safety of students, develop enhancements for high-risk areas, and prepare staff and community in crisis response procedures.
