The Board of Education has appointed Kevin Danzeisen as the Sylvania Board of Education representative to the Sylvania Area Joint Recreation District (SAJRD) for a three-year term from January 1, 2023, and expiring December 31, 2025.

The Sylvania Area Joint Recreation District Board of Directors is comprised of representatives from the City of Sylvania, Sylvania Township, and Sylvania Schools. Our district has one position available to represent the district on the SAJRD Board of Directors for a 3-year term. The meetings are monthly on the fourth Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. Anyone interested should apply by submitting a letter of interest and a current resume by Friday, December 30, 2022, to Greg Feller, Board of Education president. The Board of Education will consider the applicants and intends to appoint the District representative by the end of January 2023.
