Assistant Superintendent Departing Sylvania Schools 

after 12 years of Dedicated Service

Mr. Tim Zieroff, Sylvania Schools Assistant Superintendent has elected to leave Sylvania Schools to pursue a position in the private sector. In a heartfelt message, Mr. Zieroff shared “This decision was not an easy one to make, but I have come to the conclusion that it is the best course of action for my family and me.


“It has been a privilege to be a part of this school district…I want to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to work with such an outstanding group of educators and staff members over the past twelve years.” Mr. Zieroff stated in a personal communication to Sylvania School employees. 


“Although I am departing the district as an employee and colleague, I am proud to say that my family will continue to be members of the Sylvania community and our daughter will be a graduate of Sylvania Schools”.


On behalf of the Sylvania Board of Education and Our Sylvania Schools family, we wish Tim the very best as he moves forward in his career.  Mr. Zieroff is leaving on a high note as he wraps up a number of tasks in preparation for the upcoming school year.
