Transcript Request

Southview Graduates or Previous Students

To receive your Sylvania Southview High School transcript, please email Tiffany Rauh (at [email protected]) the following information:

Your full name at the time of graduation
Your date of birth
Your current phone number
Your year of graduation or years attended
Organization and contact name to send the transcript
Provide complete address, email, or fax # to send the transcript OR request to pickup in person

Southview office hours are Monday - Friday, 7:10am - 3:20pm.

Current Southview Students

To have your transcript sent to a college/university or to pick up a transcript for a scholarship/extracurricular program, students should stop in the Southview Guidance Office to fill out a Transcript Request.

If students have any questions, they may see their school counselor or the guidance secretary.

Unofficial transcripts needed for insurance purposes can also be obtained from the Guidance Secretary.
