Human Capital

The Human Capital Department handles all employment matters for the district. These responsibilities include hiring of teaching staff, non-teaching staff, administrators, and licensed/classified substitute staff, and all areas of benefits management. Sylvania Schools is a very progressive district and employs 519 teachers and 35 administrators and 334 non-teaching classified staff. Sylvania has a very competitive salary and benefits package available.
